JOBS NEEDED IN THE FUTURE

In today's sophisticated era, competition in the world of work is getting tighter. Especially in the current era, people are also required to coexist with technology, so people's need for technology is very large.

The world of work continues to move dynamically following trends and technological developments. The World Economic Forum (WEF) published predictions regarding the most sought-after jobs for the next few years.

In the digital age like now, many new professions have emerged that did not exist before. Some of the following professions have promising and much sought-after opportunities for the next 5 to 10 years.

 

Here are some jobs that are needed in the next 5 years:

1. Emergency structural engineer

    The use of 3D printing to make Yoda keychains and heads has been replaced by technology used to produce prosthetic hands and prototype jet engines. In the future, emergency structural engineers will use 3D printing to construct temporary buildings for those in need after natural disasters or armed conflicts.  "3D printing will be able to print the parts needed to make a small home unit, similar to a trailer, within hours or days, so that it can be assembled quickly for those in need," CST said. Emergency structural engineers will have a background in industrial design and structural engineering

2. Garbage Engineer (Garbage Designer)

    Humans, according to the United Nations, produce more than 2 billion tons of waste annually. And we're running out of space to store garbage. Yet for those who say there's no escape from this mess, our future junk engineers will say, "Trash!" The Thrillist considered: "Designer garbage . . . It will be required to find clever methods to recycle waste at scale, and manufacturers of everything from toys to clothing to furniture will hire them to find more efficient ways of using and reusing their byproducts." A background in materials science and industrial design will be needed for those who dream of cleaning up the world.

3. Internet of Things Specialist Currently 

    The internet has experienced rapid progress. But in the future, the existence of the internet will still progress. With this skill, expertise is needed in designing and making equipment that is connected and operates with the internet network. Internet of things specialist or internet of things expert is a job engaged in this field.

No wonder in the next few years, jobs that intersect with machines and technology are needed.
